As the mother-of-the-bride (MOB) I wanted relaxing restaurant to satisfy a vegetarian and the carnivores among us. Her future mom-in-law was coming and I wanted her to be able to relax and enjoy the meal. I have to say that Brazeiros Churrascaria was perfect our bridesmaids luncheon!
Each guest is given a small two-sided card to flip over when you're seated. The green side signals that you want something and the red side stops the service (for the moment). Flipping the card put the bridesmaids in control of the flow of their lunch.
Each meal at Brazeiros begins with a trip to the salad bar. Mixed greens, Manchego cheese, asparagus, hearts of palm are a few items. Side dishes, steaks and everything else at Brazeiros Churrascaria comes to you. Cheese filled rolls, polenta, garlic mashed potatoes and carmelized bananas arrive the moment that your card flips to green. The dishes won't stop coming until you flip the card over or signal them away.
Our bridesmaids were able to try lamb chops, Garlic Picanha, delicious sausages, different cuts of sirloin, succulent chicken in bacon and Filet Mignon.
Our menfolk also came to Brazeiros. This was a girls' day so the bride made the groom and company dine in the back corner of the restaurant (which seemed fine with them).
When it was time to leave I thought that we would never pull the guys away. They wanted to stay all day to enjoy the unlimited steak and beef selections! Finally, even the groom, father of the bride and groom's dad had to admit defeat.
Diners will want to peruse the website for Brazeiros for the menu, price and hours of operation. It isn't inexpensive. A bridesmaids lunch is something that the bride will ever do once in her lifetime. We wanted a break from wedding planning to relax. This was the right place for us. If you are looking for a special spot for your bridesmaids luncheon in Knoxville, then this restaurant is worth considering.
