Good news! Fleming's Filet and Lobster combo is back in Knoxville through April 7, 2013. The combo is in high demand at this Knoxville restaurant. Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has paired Filet Mignon with North Atlantic Lobster tail, added a starter course and included a side item for a price of $37.95. The Fleming's Filet and Lobster Combo isn't on the menu. It must be requested.
