Disney packages with free dining plan being offered now

Good news! Walt Disney World packages that include a free dining plan are being offered now. All you have to do is book your travel now for select off-season dates later in the year. I checked and there are travel dates in the fall and through until just after mid-December. 

Hubby and I always try to book our Disney vacations when this promotion is available.
This way, we are only paying for the resort and buying tickets. Cost aside, there are a couple more reasons why we like the promotion.

Ease
Traveling on the free Disney Disney Dining plan dates eliminates some of the stress. You don't have to fumble for cash or dig for your wallet. You'll want to visit the WDW website to get all the details.

Trying new places
We also visit restaurants that wouldn't necessarily pop up on our radar screen. New favorites from our last Walt Disney World vacation include Boma and the Sci-Fi Restaurant in Hollywood Studios. Of course, we had to visit some of our favorites like the Crystal Palace.

Where to stay
Different free dining plans are available depending on if you choose a moderate or a value resort. Our first visit to WDW was at the moderate resort of Port Orleans.

We also stayed in the value resort of Pop Century a couple of times and enjoyed it. The Campground at Fort Wilderness was also fun. I'm not sure if the free dining plan is available for campground stays or not.

I also saw that the packages include free refillable mugs. Fill them up at the resort and take them through the park. The mugs are another way to save and a good reason to try the free Disney Dining Plan.
