Our experience with David's Bridal was pretty hit and miss when it came to service. The sales clerks seemed to be very interested in selling us what they thought we needed. When looking for a gown for one of my daughters, it took 3 different trips before a sales clerk offered to wait on her.
But as rocky as the sales staff was, the alterations department shined. They were the crown jewel in this store. My daughter was more than pleased. For this reason we'll be back to Davids Bridal. I only wish that you didn't have to buy a gown from Davids Bridal to use this particular alteration department.
