Seward, Alaska Video and Photo Link

If you like seaside towns you can't help but fall in love with Seward, Alaska. After completion of the mission trip in Willow we drove to this beautiful town. Seward sits on Resurrection Bay which is on the Kenai Peninsula. My family and I fell in love with this town and plan to explore it in depth next time we visit.

This link to photos of Seward will give you a nice overview of what the town is like. They were taken in July 2009. Among the things to see and do in Seward are trails, fishing opportunities, seaside camping and lots of shops.

At Seward, you will also find memorial tribute to the people who lost their lives due to a tsunami in 1964. The memorial is a reminder of the awesome power of the sea and the unpredictability of earthquakes. If you make time to go to Seward, Alaska be sure to stop by the monument.
