What is Wok Hay? Translated, it literally means "breath of the wok". That's not a bad name for one of the newer Asian restaurants in Knoxville. After seeing it around town for months I finally got to try it. The restaurant has a near-perfect blend of ambiance, service and great-tasting food at a reasonable price.
I'll give it a 4+/5 on this trip. Great job!
