St Mary, Montana and Johnson Campground

Johnson's Campground and RV Park in St. Mary, Montana proved to be a good stop on our mother-daughter trip of a lifetime to Alaska. We stayed there when we visited Glacier National Park. The slideshow movie turned out well. When we came back into the United States from Canada I didn't know what to expect. This was my first time in Montana. The theme for the state is "Big Sky Country". It's easy to see why.

When you cross the Canada border and come into the United States you come onto the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. In just a few miles you will come to St. Mary, Montana. The community offers services in the way of lodging, restaurants and gas as well as a grocery store. That's what makes it such a popular place when visiting Glacier National Park. The people are friendly and will gladly tell you about their community.

If you are thinking of visiting St. Mary, Montana or Glacier I have an article that may interest you. It not only covers the community but also has information about the Johnson's Family Campground and RV Park. The article had good information about what to expect and is online here.
