Have you heard about the City of Knoxville canoe tours?

City of Knoxville canoe tours may be the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon. These just sound like fun. They are offered during certain dates the summer. Reservations are required so I'd hurry to sign up. Prices are $20 each. This includes a life vest, paddle and a refresher on canoe safety and maneuvering tips.

The canoe tour begins at the Holston River Park. You'll paddle for about two hours and then break for lunch. Then the tour will resume until you reach downtown Knoxville. A nature guide is being provided by Ijams Nature Center to help you get the most out of your experience.
