Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland lights 2012 photos

Lots of people are asking about the new Shadrack's show for 2012. It is even more spectacular this year than it was last year. The Christmas light display is absolutely dazzling. I think that they outdid themselves with the sparkle and pizazz. Only Walt Disney World could have done a better job and even that is open to debate.

Here are some photos for you to enjoy. This blog post gives you the location and a few more details of the Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland light display.  Click read more to see more photos and get the link for rates and location.

You can see the glow from Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland for a few miles before you reach the exit. The wonderland is right off of I-40, exit 407 (Sevierville and Pigeon Forge). This link has rates and hours of operation.

The Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland light show has expanded this year. It lasts longer and is more energetic (if possible).  There is something extra for the kids this year.

A special area at the end of the trail is just for them. They will love the petting zoo and pony rides. It's also a good place to grab some hot chocolate, Christmas greenery or ride a camel. How cool is that?

A friend described the Christmas light display as "crazy fun". The description certainly fits. It's really tough to get photos with the whirling, twirling and flashing of the lights. Now that I think back on it, the Shadrack's show may not be the best place for people with epilepsy.
You will need to use your own good judgement when making the decision.

It is a beautiful display. The Christmas lights are tremendous.  The photos only give you a glimpse of what the show is really like. A couple of nearby hotels are the Hampton Inn at exit 407. Just across the interstate is a Comfort Suites and several other brands are nearby.
