Red Robin in Farragut, Tennessee; Good Burgers Fun Atmosphere

The Red Robin in Farragut, Tennessee has some of the best gourmet burgers that you can find in the Knoxville area. My visit to this perky restaurant was enjoyable and the burgers were top notch. Here is why you'll want to visit Red Robin in Farragut and how to get there.

Because the Turkey Creek Shopping Center is referred to as either Farragut or West Knoxville visitors may sometimes be confused. The shopping area is so large that it covers parts of both cities. Off of I-40/75 the best exit to take is Lovell Rd. It won't matter if you are traveling east bound our west bound. Turkey Creek Shopping Center is along Parkside Drive. The signs will be apparent when you come off the interstate.

Travel west on Parkside Drive and go past the Regal Cinema. The Red Robin in Farragut, Tennessee is on your right. It's almost impossible to miss the big red building. If you should pass the restaurant it's no problem. Just pull into the next driveway and head east across the parking lot.

Don't worry about finding a space near the door. The Red Robin has plenty of parking. Don't worry about dressing up. This is an upscale family style restaurant so dress is casual or business casual.
Decor at the Red Robin reminds me of Fuddrucker's.

Visitors don't have the option of an outdoor patio. Meals are either eaten inside or taken to go. The dining area feels more like a Denny's than a burger joint. The family style restaurant is retro but with a modern twist. I found eating here to be as fun as the dinning are is eclectic.

Gourmet burgers is the name of the game. Endless french fries comes with each hamburger. If you aren't in a burger mood don't worry. There are other sandwiches, salads, other entrees and vegetarian options to choose from. A children's menu has several suggestions that kids will like.

My Red Robin cheeseburger rivals any that I have eaten in quite some time. The cheddar cheese was nicely melted instead of just laying on the entree. It was seasoned well without being overly salty or overwhelming the burger.

Hubby reported that his 'Shroom Burger tasted good. He said that the onions and mushrooms were both sauteed well and that the burger was served while hot. According to him it was the perfect combination.

For the two of us the ticket came to about $30. This was for the burgers, fries that come with it, drinks and tax.
