Our family had the opportunity to go to The Chop House in Fountain City, Tennessee earlier this week. We wanted a quiet place where we could relax after just having made funeral arrangements.
The Chop House name has long been associated with quality service and good food. We were not disappointed. Even though the restaurant was nearly at capacity our server did an excellent job. Dirty plates were promptly removed. Tea glasses were filled accordingly. The meals themselves were top notch.
There was only one thing about The Chop House in Fountain City that bothered me. The health department score was not the best. Given the type of restaurant this aims to be and The Connors Concepts reputation this surprised me. I was expecting the score to be higher than an 84.
Other than that, I would not hesitate to dine at The Chop House in Fountain City, Tennessee again.
