Comcast Christmas in Chilhowee Park is one of a number of annual free Christmas events in Knoxville. It never fails to delight people all ages. There are no budget worries when you attend the festivities at this celebration. There is no charge for most (if not all) of the activities. We have included a list of freebie fun below. It will knock your socks off.

On Dec. 10, 2010, visitors can enjoy the Comcast Christmas in Chilhowee Park celebration. It’s a Knoxville family friendly event that features a ton of free activities. Visitors will get to:

• Enjoy free cookie decorating
• Grab a cup of free eggnog from Mayfield Dairy
• Have free snow cream from Mayfield Dairy
• Warm up by roasting free marshmallows. (How's that for cool?)
• Take in the holiday tunes by the Christmas carolers.
• Live entertainment.
• Free horse drawn carriage rides

When you visit Comcast Christmas in Chilhowee Park be sure to bring your camera and extra batteries. There are plenty of photo opportunities. You will want to be sure to catch as many of them as possible.

Driving tours of the Comcast Christmas in Chilhowee Park are set for Nov. 26 – Jan. 2, 2011 are an especially fun holiday treat. Grab the kids and a thermos of warm cocoa and get ready to see the lights. Put a holiday CD in the player and sing along as you drive through to enjoy the Christmas scene. From the lake to the gazebo you’ll find a small wonderland of lights just waiting for you.
